Return & Replacement Eligibility
A return or replacement is applicable only if the product is received in a damaged condition or there is a valid issue with the package.
Proof Requirement
To process any return or refund request, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue. Requests without proper video proof may not be accepted.
Refund & Replacement Process
Once your request is verified, we will either:
- Provide a replacement for the product, or
- Issue a refund based on the situation and applicable conditions
Return Window
All return or refund requests must be made within 3 days from the delivery date (as per order status). Requests after this period will not be accepted.
Important Notes
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- Requests without valid proof may be rejected
- We reserve the right to approve or deny any request after verification
