Proof Requirement

To process any return or refund request, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue. Requests without proper video proof may not be accepted.

Once your request is verified, we will either:

  • Provide a replacement for the product, or
  • Issue a refund based on the situation and applicable conditions

Return Window

All return or refund requests must be made within 3 days from the delivery date (as per order status). Requests after this period will not be accepted.

Important Notes

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Requests without valid proof may be rejected
  • We reserve the right to approve or deny any request after verification
